Cardiology Clinic Testing Services
Athletic Heart SF offers affordable consultations and testing to screen for, diagnose, and treat any type of cardiovascular disease. If you are referring yourself you will have a brief complimentary phone call with our medical director to determine how to best address your concerns. You will receive an estimate of the expected costs before your visit. If you have any questions, please call us at (415) 567-1014.
Service Notes
For each package of services above you will receive:

A review of your images and findings with our cardiologist, with time to have all your questions answered

A written report and recommendation

A copy of all your test results
-
A personal professional communication to your physician if needed
Additionally, we can refer as needed for :

Cardiac MRI
-
Cardiac angiography (CT or invasive)

Genetic testing

Cardiac interventions or surgery at the best medical center locally or nationwide
Payment Policies
Credit Card Payment
We ask for your credit card information when you schedule a visit. We kindly request full payment on the day of testing. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards.
Appointment Cancellation Fees

$65 fee for cancellations 12-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

$95 fee for cancellations less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Medical Insurance Reimbursement Forms
We will gladly assist you in filling out a claim form so you may obtain reimbursement from your health insurance plan. Please be advised that we do not have contracts with insurance companies and are considered "out of network." Also be advised that reimbursement can vary widely depending on the specific terms of your plan, your deductible, and whether your plan will cover advanced screening evaluations. Medicare beneficiaries should not expect any reimbursement from Medicare or supplemental plans.
